A directive for expediting Project membership until the ratification of the Charter to meet the pressing needs of the Project.

On behalf of the powers vested in me as Director of Project Elara, I implement the following measures:

That under the present circumstances, I recognize the arrival of new members is critical for the Project's future;

That the formal membership process, as per the Membership Agreement, may be overly-daunting for prospective members to commit to;

That to alleviate this burden, I choose to temporarily waive all requirements for membership, and amend the contributing page to reflect this policy;

That Project Elara reserves the right to censure, quarantine, or expell any member if their behavior is against the Project's Code of Conduct;

That this motion will immediately cease to be in effect, upon the ratification of the Charter, and the standard Membership Agreement restored and enforced for all future membership applicants;

And that on this day on the 31st of July, 2025, I affix my signature:
