Contribute
We welcome anyone interested, regardless of their educational background/specialization, to join Project Elara! There are no prerequisites or credentials necessary. Our informal discussions mostly happens on Discord and please feel free to join us there!
For more formal discussions, please contact any member in the Project to let us know, and then you'll be all set to participate in the Project. You may also send an email to elaraproject.sci@gmail.com or (more recommended, to reach our Project Head) songy14@rpi.edu with your full name, occupation if you have one (or grade if you're a student), and a short description of your interest in contributing.

[We] dream things that never were and say why not."Robert F. Kennedy
Help translate Project Elara
We want Project Elara's content to be available to everyone, no matter what language you speak. If you know more than one language and want to participate, but don't have technical expertise, we highly recommend joining as a translator!

Joining as a member
You do not need a membership to contribute and participate in Project Elara! However, if you would like to hold a leadership position, then a membership is required.
Note: We have temporarily waived all membership requirements so all you need to become a member is to contact us! (as per the instructions at the top of this page)
Original membership requirements
For gaining membership in the Project, we ask that prospective members sign the Membership Agreement. We wrote it for human beings and it's not very long, so please read it carefully! While it might seem unnecessary, our membership agreement is there to protect our mission and our ideals, and we want our members to have the same commitment and dedication.
Our leadership team
Emiliano "Max" Vilchis is currently an undergradue student studying applied physics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Max was one of the earliest contributors to join the project. Incredibly friendly and supportive, his help was invaluable and deeply appreciated by the team. He was the source of many incredible ideas that have been adopted by the Project, to great success.
Milo Schnack is currently an undergraduate student studying engineering at RPI. His hands-on expertise and willingness to contribute has been more than deserving of the team's respect. His work in the project ranges from 3D printing to engineering design, and he has (and continues to) contribute to the Project in many areas.
Charles Wang is also currently an undergraduate student studying engineering at RPI. His meticulousness towards determining the feasibility and performance of design proposals have been critical to the Project. He currently works as an engineering advisor and consultant within the Project, as well as providing informal assistance throughout a wide variety of challenges for the Project.
Nicholas Schnorbus is currently an undergraduate student studying engineering and physics at RPI. He brings an unmatched enthusiasm to the team, alongside a deep understanding of physical principles and mathematics. His curiosity and passion brings much-needed energy into the Project and will certainly be a driver in the Project's steady growth.
Jacky Song is the founder and the leader of the project.
