Membership Agreement Version 1.0

Project Elara is a community of engineers, scientists, and dedicated people who want to create a better future through open-source research and technology. By signing this agreement, I will become an official member of Project Elara, according to the following terms:

I agree to obey the terms of the Project Elara Code of Conduct, as described on https://elaraproject.org/code-of-conduct, and agree to take full responsibility for my actions should I violate it.

I understand that my contributions must be open-source, in accordance with the project licensing policy outlined in https://elaraproject.org/license.

I am aware I have the right to speak up without intimidation, and will respect the rights of others to do the same. I will uphold the ideals of Project Elara and its Charter, and act with integrity to the best of my ability.

I affirm that I have joined the project out of my own free will, and did not do so under coercion or under false pretenses. In addition, I understand that I have the right to leave the project at any time, without needing to give a reason, as long as I inform a project leader beforehand. If I have any concerns, I understand I have the right to confidentially discuss it with any project leader.

I have read and understood this agreement, and agree to follow it from this point onwards.
